Live Video Streaming
Bay and BroadwayMedia now offers live video streaming, video conferencing and webcasting services of live events in and around Vancouver, BC.
We can provide a complete video and streaming package, including Videography & Filming services, or we can supply technicians and equipment to webcast an existing video feed.
If your event does not require a live, realtime stream then our Video Encoding for Web services may be more cost effective which would be done after the event.
Security & Archiving
Either broadcast to the world or to a select few with a private link for your stream, secured by password.
A digital backup can be kept online for future viewing upon request. In most cases, the full-quality footage will have also been recorded to tape which can be edited and uploaded again at any time.
Our pricing depends on several factors, such as how many cameras will be required and the number of expected viewers.

Our pool of freelance Shooters have a wide range of experience including Film and Broadcast Television Production.
We can provide experienced Camera Operators and Videographers to film any single or multi-camera event, or as part of a complete Video Production package including Live Video Streaming.
We can also provide Sound Mixers and Boom Operators, and additional production support such as Makeup, Hair and Catering, if required.
Our Production Equipment
Our standard broadcast quality Camera Package includes a Sony DSR-450 DVCAM Camera, although we can provide virtually any type of Camera and format required including both Standard Defition and High Defintion HD.
If you're looking to add extra Production Value to a shoot, consider having us add a Dolly, Jib Arm, or Steadycam package.
